Ensures that project team are supported and the resource planning throughout the project is effective to deliver in line with the critical path of the project.
Participates in the design and development of processes, provides a holistic view and implements lean management principles during the process design and the development of the Target operating model.
Provides subject matter expertise and advice to the project team to support effective delivery of the ERP project.
The role is responsible to provide expert functional and technical inputs during the following key areas of the ERP transformation project and ERP product implementation.
Operating model design.
Organisation change management.
Data management.
Process and system design.
System Integration and implementation with inputs related to automation/AI enablement.Project Delivery:
Project management.
Responsible to establish and implement an effective PMO and project governance through the provision of expert advice to Project Boards on risk-based project priorities, dependencies, and investment decisions, organization project meetings, action tracking and conducting formal reviews at project milestone completion to confirm acceptance by stakeholders.
Responsible to manage, plan and maintain an effective deployment, governance, reporting & control and change management procedures.
Prepares regular management reports, presentations and updates.
Responsible to establish and implement an effective governance for variations and change.
Leads stakeholder engagement and required work groups including the technical IT team for timely and effective delivery of the phase/milestone of the project.
Change management - Project communications, trainings.
Ensures a detailed plan is planned, prepared and delivered for the ERP related project communication and training requirements related to the new processes, product and related change that organisational ERP users will undergo.
Prepares and conducts sessions along with the related stakeholders (HR, product partner, transformation partner and functional SMEs) to develop and deliver sessions that orient and prepare the various teams towards the new product and the change in methods and processes that the transformation will introduce.
Communicate with and influence stakeholders to manage delivery expectations by monitoring approved plans and schedules by proactively engaging with Division Leaders to ensure that the best delivery solutions are in place to ensure alignment to the project objectives.Integrity - Always do the right thing:

Master's degree in business, finance, operations or other related fields.
Minimum 10 years experience.
Airport industry experience - Mandatory.
Large Infrastructure related organisations.
PMI or PRINCE2.
PROSCI or equivalent.
ERP Transformation Programme experience.
Lean Management Certificates.You'll need also:
Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes.
Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
