Responsible for setting up and operating a variety of CNC tools to fabricate, modify, or repair precision parts, tools, and instruments, applying knowledge of programming, mechanics, mathematics, material properties, layout, and machining procedures.
Responsibilities:Operate a variety of CNC and manual engineering machinery, including lathes, grinders, milling machines, drilling machines, power saws, boring machines, shapers, and presses, to produce precision parts and components.
Demonstrate proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Gauges, Dial Indicators, and Thickness Gauges to ensure components meet stringent accuracy requirements.
Interpret detailed engineering drawings and sketches to manufacture parts and components, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Apply extensive experience in fabrication, assembly, repair, and maintenance of metal components using all workshop machine tools.
Specialize in the repair and service of API threading connections, machining of various mandrels, and manufacturing API 6A/16A products like valves, flanges, cross-overs, adapters, spools, etc.
Skillfully produce premium connection blanks such as VAM, TSH, JFE, etc., guaranteeing precise compatibility and functionality.
Proactively identify and resolve machining issues, such as tool breakage, material defects, or programming errors, to maintain continuous production flow and quality.
Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to optimize machining processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:Comprehensive knowledge of engineering machinery operation, tooling, and materials used in the oil and gas industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities, with a commitment to safety and quality.
