JOB Duties And ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
Guide customers to a specific service agent.
Assist the service agents with admin tasks.
Answer calls for general branch inquiries.
Keep detailed and accurate records of customers' requests and calls received.
Requirements And QualificationsStrong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Perform well in a high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in using MS Office.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Not more than 35 years old.
Locally available in Qatar.
