Role: Project Manager - ITSkill: Project and Program ManagementWork location: Doha, QatarExperience: 10+ YearsJob Description10+ years of overall IT experience with around 5+ years in Project Management
Very good understanding of hands on Technical projects delivery and Scrum team management
At least 1 end to end Product Implementation experience, (Product in HR domain will be an added advantage)
Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and motivate the team to deliver as per the planned timelines
Exceptional skills in identifying in a timely manner issues and risks affecting project delivery and coming up with resolution and mitigation actions
Good experience in Agile based delivery.
Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders across various units and run effective governance meetings
Diligently manage change request process to ensure any deviation from planned baseline across scope, cost and quality
Industry leading certifications such as CSM/PMP/Prince2 would be an added advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
