Responsibilities:
Collaborate with country operations and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence within Elev8's training portfolio.
Develop and manage robust client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations throughout the learning journey.
Lead learning project management initiatives, fostering seamless collaboration and program success.
Oversee quarterly and yearly schedules, ensuring timely publication of courses on the Learning Management System (LMS).
Facilitate seamless delivery of classes by coordinating trainer logistics and resolving potential hiccups.
Partner with learning coordinators to analyze student engagement, class performance, and overall learning quality & effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and timely learner records within the LMS.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of learning programs and projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written & spoken).
5+ years of experience in learning and development or a relevant domain.
Proven track record of managing learning projects and budgets.
Proficiency in using learning management systems and related tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong client management and relationship building abilities.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
