Mangatawa Papamoa Blocks Incorporation (MPBI) is seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our diverse organisation. About Us: Mangatawa Papamoa Blocks Incorporation is a thriving entity deeply rooted in the traditions and values of Māori culture. Our mission is to protect and grow our shareholders' assets, fostering sustainable growth and prosperity for future generations. We manage a broad portfolio of business activities, including land development, horticulture, retirement villages, industrial ground leases, community housing, and commercial investments, while placing a strong emphasis on kaitiakitanga (guardianship), manaakitanga (hospitality), and whanaungatanga (relationships). About the Role: Located in the scenic Papamoa hills overlooking our tangata whenua, with a view straight out to the Bay of Plenty Moana, this full-time, permanent position is situated in an idyllic setting with stunning purpose-built offices accommodating a dedicated team. Our current highly-regarded GM is remaining with MPBI on the Board of Directors, and we are all very excited to welcome in another inspirational leader to work closely with the CEO, manage our people at an operational level, and continue to drive productivity and performance.
