Get to Know Our Team Grab For Business is the B2B SaaS product line within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, corporate food & package deliveries for thousands of companies, from large enterprises to SMBs, across Southeast Asia. Our team consists of passionate individuals who are motivated and energized by the fact that we exist to make a change - have a societal impact in Southeast Asia. The overall Sales Planning team works closely with country commercial leaders, sales teams, marketing teams and product teams to ensure maximum impact for our businesses. Got To Know The Role- We are looking for a hands-on and operationally resilient Assistant Manager to support overall planning for GrabForBusiness.
- You will be a balance of analytics, execution and team member management, piloting strategic initiatives in collaboration with various teams across operations, enablement, commercial, self-serve, marketing, and product.
- You will report into the Senior Manager, GFB Planning & Projects and and be based in Petaling Jaya, working onsite.
- You will provide analytical recommendations based on clear issue framing, systems-level thinking, and rigorous analyses.
- You will lead the development of experimental business opportunities, including the development of baseline capabilities, definition of the parameters of success, and ensuring a smooth transition to operations.
- You will support department-level strategy and facilitate cross-pollination of best practices.
- You will communicate the vision to team members to bring plans into operational reality.
Qualifications
What Skills You Will Need- You have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, in a strategy/operations/customer-facing or related role.
- You have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
- You have a quantitative discipline with business sense and the ability to articulate complex analyses to multiple audiences, translating these into actionable business insights.
- You have superb presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, demonstrated by your capability to synthesize a large amount of information into a clear message.
- You are customer-focused in all aspects of planning and delivery.
- You can look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact.
- You have experience at a tech software company
- You have SQL will be an advantage
