Al-Futtaim Group's entrepreneurship and relentless customer focus enables the organization to continue to grow and expand; responding to the changing needs of our customers within the societies in which we operate.By upholding our values of respect, excellence, collaboration and integrity; Al-Futtaim Group continues to enrich the lives and aspirations of our customers each and every day.About Al-Futtaim Health:Our 14 HealthHub clinics ensure patient access to the best medical services and facilities throughout the UAE.At Al-Futtaim Health, we strive to redefine the healthcare experience by delivering high quality, smart and integrated care enriching lives through accessible care for all in our urgent and integrated family health primary care centers.The use of smart technology, experienced clinical teams and our center of excellence partners allows us to achieve better clinical outcomes.In partnership with Accreditation Canada, our HealthHub Clinics will be the first clinics in the region to apply for Platinum accreditation status and to be the first certified people-centered care facility in the Middle East.The purpose of this role:This position is to use magnetic resonance and radiofrequency pulses & dynamic function imaging in accordance with statutory regulations in order to examine how the body & organs function and deliver the results to the Radiologist.Use evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines to produce high-quality images for a range of imaging procedures.Be aware of safeguarding policies, both local and national, and implement such policies should it become necessary.Assess clinical conditions, prioritise health problems, including initiation of effective emergency care.Ensure that patients are prepared for their procedures and have been given all the relevant information required before the need for imaging.Manage own client caseload including the interpretation of test results with referral to physicians as necessary.Provide emergency care to patients as necessary and attend annual resuscitation training.Have the ability to authorise referrals for primary imaging whilst ensuring that the procedure is justified and escalate any concerns that may arise.The Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:MBBS or MBChB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution AND completion of specialty qualification recognized by Dubai Health Authority or Health Authority of Abu Dhabi or Ministry of Health UAE.Appropriate experience and competence in all aspects of Internal Medicine.Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff.Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support.Fluency in English, speaking, reading and writing.Arabic speaking skills will be an added advantage.Excellent computer literacy skills are required.Publications in peer-reviewed journals will be well regarded.Job-Specific Skills:Graduate Degree in Medical Imaging/Radiography.Must hold a current DHA/HAAD/MOH licensure.Minimum 2+ years experience as a Radiology Technician.Undertake clinical duties, with relevant training in the below areas:Advanced Life SupportBreast screening/MammographyComputerised Tomography (CT) Scanning or SonographyInterventional RadiographyMagnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)Medical UltrasoundWe're here to provide excellent service but a little help from you can ensure a five-star candidate experience from start to finish.Please read the job description carefully to ensure you can confidently demonstrate why this opportunity is right for you and take the time to put together a well-crafted and personalised CV to further boost your visibility.Our global Talent Acquisition team members are all assigned to specific businesses to ensure that we make the best matches between talent and opportunities.
