And so will your career!At ServiceRocket, Partner Success Managers (PSMs) use curiosity, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills to build deep alignment between ServiceRocket and its partners. PSMs are accountable for identifying our partner's objectives/key results and how we contribute to their accomplishment. They pride themselves on being proactive and smartly anticipating opportunity and risk. With responsibility for the quality of the relationship, PSMs will deeply embed themselves in the partner's ecosystem and go-to-market teams so that ServiceRocket is the most reliable partner in accelerating their growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn partner relationship and maintain a cadence of communication with assigned partners and targeted roles in the go-to-market team.Participate in activities such as check-ins, QBRs, and other planning and retrospective meetings.Be attentive to partner goals and identify opportunities for accelerating alignment and growth.Identify key partner strategies for revenue acceleration and initiate internal initiatives to support and drive them.Working closely with sales management, maintain success plans for partners (including success metrics) and track towards a plan.Develop and execute partner success plans, as well as track and report on key metrics to ensure adoption and success.Work cross-functionally to communicate partner feedback.Manage partner perception of and sentiment toward ServiceRocket, helping them to understand our commitment and high level of execution.Qualifications5 years experience with at least 2+ years prior experience in customer success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention/renewals.Skills building internal and external relations that support and align with one another.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multi-faceted partner relationships.Experience with enterprise SaaS software.Good to have:Operating knowledge and experience with software that includes collaboration software like Workplace from Meta, and Atlassian suite products like Jira Software, JSD, and Confluence.Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace.Experience managing a book of 50+ accounts and/or accounts with $100k+ ACV.Experience working with HubSpot, Jira ServiceDesk, and customer success management platforms.Experience helping customers implement or scale agile principles.This position is not eligible for visa assistance/sponsorship or relocation assistance.
