At the Productivity Commission, we undertake independent research and provide advice to Government on ways to improve the economic and social wellbeing of all Australians. To ensure our work is informed by, and reflects the rich diversity of our nation, the Commission consults with a broad range of individuals, businesses, academics, governments, research groups, and non-profit organisations when undertaking research and developing advice for government.We are searching for highly motivated individuals who can demonstrate an awareness of Australian economic conditions and the policy landscape. Successful applicants will possess a range of capabilities including well-developed conceptual, analytical and research skills, good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.We have offices in Melbourne and Canberra, and offer hybrid working arrangements, and relocation assistance if required to successful applicants. As well as a comprehensive graduate program, our graduates work with some of the best and most experienced policy analysts in the country and have access to both on-the-job and formal training throughout their career.Minimum RequirementsTo be eligible, successful applicants must complete a relevant academic qualification by January 2025 (undergraduate degree or higher).
