Great vacancy Customer Experience Officers hiring nowJob Details: Customer Experience OfficersIn preparation for our upcoming PINK concert and 2024 AFL Season, the Gold Coast Football Club is calling on Customer Experience Officers (CEO's) to join its fun and energetic team on a casual basis.As part of the Stadium team, you'll make sure that everyone who passes through the gates of Heritage Bank Stadium will have a memorable and unique experience that will have them coming back again and again!The SUNS Customer Experience Officers are a multi-talented bunch. In any one day you might work as a Gate Attendant, greeting excited fans and directing them to where the action is, or you might find yourself in the stands as an Usher, while another CEO helps the Sun's corporate customers within the stadium's corporate spaces. The SUNS Shop is also open each and every matchday where our CEOs ensure all home fans are dressed head to toe in their favourite SUNS apparel.No matter what Customer Experience 'hat' you're wearing, you can be sure that you'll be:Greeting and connecting with customers with huge grins and loads of enthusiasm;Creating a fun, memorable and unique experience for our customers;Providing clear and concise information.To kick your way into the SUNS team, you'll be friendly, can connect and form relationships, communicate and listen well, and be a problem solver. In addition, you'll be confident, flexible and adaptable, and (of course) a team player!PLEASE NOTE: If shortlisted, you must be available on the below dates.Online Interviews will be held between the 8th and the 12th of January - Morning and Afternoon timeslots available.If successful, you will be required to attend a compulsory group induction on either the 31st of January or the 1st of February, 5:30pm - 8:30pm.Applications Close Sunday 31st December.
