What are you going to do:
- Plan and coordinate engineering services across project phases.
- Ensure technical quality and manage engineering documentation.
- Execute strategies for sustainable and safe engineering solutions.
- Manage performance data for continuous operational improvements.
- Handle engineering solutions for change requests.
- Lead contractors, vendors, and junior engineers.
- Conduct risk assessments for testing and maintenance activities.
- Support design, calculations, and drawing development.
- Analyze incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Participate in safety and constructability reviews (e.g., HAZID, HAZOP).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on-site.
- Monitor unit performance to ensure standards are met.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar).
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) preferred but not essential.
- Extensive experience in electrical engineering design and technical/operational support.
- Experience with offshore/FPSO projects, including conceptual design, commissioning, and operational support.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian and International standards and regulatory requirements.
- Extensive experience in electrical systems, equipment selection, and installation for hazardous areas.
