Responsibilities:
- Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategies
- Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis
- Analysing project proposals and historical cost data
- Ability to work and implement estimating programs
- Understanding of construction contracts, design and the resultant cost implications
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications: Bachelor of Civil Engineering/Project Management/Quantity Surveying (Highly desirable)
- Experience across DTMR, Pipeline, Local Council, Defence, Wind farms, water preferred.
- Experience using Expert Estimation - Ideal
