Having won many awards in the industry, our brand has continued to push boundaries in both the beauty and arts industries, we are looking forward to bringing the latest and greatest in top-of-line grooming services to Saudi Arabia.Objective:To oversee all aspects of the salon operations and implement strategies to achieve performance targets.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, implement and update business and marketing plansManage the financial budget, control costs and prepare revenue and expense reports for owners/board of directorsEnsure the salon's operating procedures and policies manuals are implemented and updated as requiredSupervise daily salon operations and liaise with department heads to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and service standards are upheldAssist in the development and updating of the salon menuReference and abide by the Salon's Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms ManualsGeneral Requirements:Hospitality or Salon Management qualification an advantageBusiness administration qualification an advantageMinimum Work Experience Required:Three (3) years salon management or hospitality management experience in an international standard salon/enterprise/hotelFinancial reportingPublic relations and marketingIndustry analysisTechnical Skills Required:Computer literate (mid-advanced level)Personality Traits:Articulate verbal and written communicationInterpersonal skillsSelf-motivatedSales orientedOther Specifications Required or Preferred:Willing to work shift hours including nights and weekends
