In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are achieved to the highest standard.Your ResponsibilitiesManage project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practicesEnsure project documentation is complete, up-to-date, and stored appropriatelyMonitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategiesCreate detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines, using project management software.Collaborate with project managers and team leads to define project tasks and resource requirements.Regularly update the schedule to reflect actual progress and forecast future activities.Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverablesReporting by Preparing regular status reports for project stakeholders, highlighting any variances from the plan.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are metManage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaborationSupport project managers in creating detailed project baseline plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.Maintain project documentation, including project charters, risk registers, and change requestsParticipate in project prioritization and selection processesIdentify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies.Work towards enhancing overall project management efficiency and effectivenessSupport the development and delivery of project management training programs for project managers and team memberMonitor resource utilization and availability to optimize project performanceSupport to prepare reports and dashboard.SkillsYour QualificationsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering civil/architecture, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in project managementPMP certification is preferredStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and toolsYour ProficienciesMS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality resultsBasics of Primavera (preferred) Capability of reading the construction schedule (CPM)Bilingual (English and Arabic) preferred
