PurposeConduct training needs assessments and provide training solutions, including the implementation, administration, design, and delivery of high-quality programs that engage, align, inform, and inspire employees in support of business strategy, goals, and initiatives. Monitor employee progress through observation and work performance records, providing motivation and encouragement when necessary.Key Accountability Areas and ActivitiesTraining MaterialDevelop assessments, tests, workplace aids, and e-learning programs.Stakeholder ManagementCultivate positive relationships with all employees.Promote direct communication and positive rapport among employees and managers.Training PlanDevelop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.Regularly monitor and report results to management, along with recommendations for improvement.Design, develop, update, and deliver professional-quality presentations and training materials, including classroom training, workbooks, job aids, quick reference guides, webinars, videos, and e-learning.Stay updated on training and development research, including new materials, methods, and techniques.Training ExecutionMonitor and evaluate trainees' progress and development through assessments.Act as both a liaison and advisor, providing technical expertise on HR issues to staff and management.Coach and train operational departments on various aspects of the business from a Human Resource perspective.DocumentationMaintain accurate records of all talent development activities.Generate reports and metrics for our users and stakeholders.SkillsQualifications/Requirements:Knowledge and Experience1-3 Years of ExperiencePrevious experience in reporting, analytics, and management information is preferred.Proven work experience as a Talent Development Specialist or a similar roleEducation and CertificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any related field
