Job Summary: We are looking for a Parts Counterperson to help support our team and provide customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planPaid time offOpportunities for advancementEmployee discountsResponsibilitiesOversee the parts sales process from start to finishCommunicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional mannerConverse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts statusRead and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific partsAnswer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customersProvide high-level service to both internal and external customersPull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stockFulfill parts requests from all necessary vendorsMake sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orderAs needed, help with many tasks and responsibilities of the parts departmentQualificationsDealership or parts store experience requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentEager to improve in a dynamic work environmentStrong interpersonal and time management skillsAbility to multi-task and follow throughPositive attitude a must and ability to work in a teamValid driver's license and clean driving recordSerpentini Auto Group has proudly been serving the Greater Cleveland region for over 40 years with our 6 locations in Strongsville, Medina, Orrville, Westlake, Tallmadge, and Willoughby Hills.
