As the Social Media Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital landscape of our show. This pivotal role involves planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, elevate marketing efforts, and create significant business opportunities. Your efforts will ensure a cohesive image across all social media channels, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive the show's presence in the competitive social media market. With your exceptional communication skills, you will creatively articulate the show's vision, foster long-term relationships with clients, connect with key business executives, and prepare insightful reports. Ultimately, your mission is to enhance our social media footprint, increasing audience engagement and driving the show toward greater visibility and global success.
What You'll Do:
Strategy & Reporting
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the show's ambitious goals.
Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences to position the show effectively in the market.
Set specific objectives and report on return on investment (ROI), focusing on strategies that maximize viewership.
Measure and analyze the success of all social media campaigns, providing insights that drive continual improvement.
Define key social media KPIs each quarter to monitor and enhance performance.
Monitor SEO, web traffic metrics, and user engagement, suggesting content optimization strategies that amplify reach.
Attend educational conferences and workshops to remain at the forefront of industry trends.
Hire and train social media team members to strengthen our presence and engagement in the digital landscape.
Accounts & Creative Content
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news that resonate with our audience.
Collaborate with team members to manage and oversee all content, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with show objectives.
Work closely with copywriters and designers to produce informative and visually appealing content.
Oversee the design of social media accounts, including grids, banners, and logos, to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
Suggest and implement new features that increase awareness, engagement, and growth opportunities across platforms.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications to maintain a competitive edge.
Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor audience reviews to foster a strong community.
Utilize social media marketing tools (e.g., Later, Buffer) to streamline content management effectively.
Ensure all content complies with the show's cultural and regulatory guidelines, maintaining sensitivity and relevance.
External & Internal Stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for all social media inquiries and projects among stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
Collaborate with various Bukhash Brothers departments to achieve mutual business and marketing objectives, driving cross-functional success.
Connect with industry professionals and influencers via social media to build a robust network that enhances the show's visibility.
Ensure timely and successful project delivery according to clients' needs and objectives, reinforcing the show's reputation in the market.
What You'll Need:
Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Social Media Manager.
Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
Excellent time-management, multitasking, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of social media best practices and emerging trends.
Understanding of social media KPIs and metrics that drive engagement and growth.
Hands-on experience in content management and audience persona research.
Exceptional copywriting and communication skills that captivate and engage.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to deliver creative content in text, image, and video formats.
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Familiarity with online marketing channels.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
