Job description Ensure compliance with Companies Act, prepare and file documents, coordinate board resolutions, assist in due diligence, regulatory filings, stakeholder communication, and post-transaction compliance, drafting, ROC compliance. Key responsibilities 1. NCLT Documentation:
- Drafting and preparing schemes in accordance with legal requirements.
- Crafting NCLT petitions and related documents.
- Ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Keeping abreast of any changes in legislation and advising on their implications.
- Coordinating with legal teams and other departments to gather necessary information for documentation.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth legal processes.
- Qualified Company Secretary.
- Fresher or 0-6 month experienced.
- willing to start their career in M&A.
- Proven experience in drafting legal documents and petitions.
- Strong knowledge of NCLT processes and compliance requirements.
