The Bellman also assists guests with inquiries and fulfilling other service requests in compliance with all brand standards and departmental Standard Operating Procedures.Primary ResponsibilitiesOperationGreet and welcome guests at the main entranceAssist in driveway managementAssist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doorsMaintain a clean and tidy entrance and baggage roomEnsure timely pick up and deliveries pertaining to baggage handlingProvide information and/or assistance to guests as and when requiredTry to remember individual guest's names, especially repeat and long-staying guests. Routinely greet guests as they pass through the lobby to extend personalized serviceEnsure all job assignments are properly logged in respective logbooks. Use the Duty Log to document matters of importanceUpon arrival of newspapers, prepare and deliver them to guest rooms as assigned by Front Office staffAlert Security or Duty Manager of suspicious looking person(s) / articlesOther ResponsibilitiesMaintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, outlets, and hotel services/featuresBe fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency proceduresAttend all briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by managementReport for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all timesMaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all timesPerform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the HotelMain Complexity/Critical issues in the JobMaintain highest standards and quality of services in Concierge operation to meet and exceed budgeted revenue targets and guests' expectation/VOG target.Additional InformationExperience is an asset.Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property, or office environment in a way that reflects the culture.Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
