Our client is a prestigious international law firm with a strong presence in Dubai, known for providing high-quality legal services across a range of sectors. The firm is recognised for its innovative approach, dynamic work environment, and commitment to excellence. They are seeking a Senior Corporate Technology Lawyer to join their growing team and provide expert legal counsel on complex technology-related matters.This is a crucial role advising clients on a wide array of legal matters related to technology, including commercial agreements, data protection, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including technology outsourcing, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.Ideally seeking a UK qualified lawyer with 8+ years PQE, ideally gained at a top-tier law firm or in-house in the technology sector. Must have expertise in corporate and commercial technology law, with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in the UAE and internationally.
