Strategic PMO Director

Policy Development:Develop and implement PMO policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery.
Portfolio Oversight:Provide oversight and management of the entire project portfolio, ensuring projects are aligned with strategic priorities.
Resource Allocation:Ensure optimal allocation of resources across projects to maximize efficiency and impact.
Stakeholder Strategy & Executive Reporting:Manage stakeholder engagement and provide executive reporting.
Strategic Risk Management:Hold people accountable for meeting commitments and previously-made agreements.
Decision-Making:Drive decisions and actions related to strategic initiatives.
Language Requirement:Bilingual in Arabic & English is a must.
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
10+ years of professional experience.
Strategic Planning: Define the strategic direction for the PMO in alignment with the ITU's objectives and the goals of the PP 2026.
Vision Development: Develop a clear vision for the PMO, ensuring it supports the successful delivery of the conference and future organizational goals.
Governance Structures: Establish and oversee robust governance structures to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
