Develop the yearly manpower plan in collaboration with all the departments
- Develop and implement recruiting strategy and processes to successfully attract and recruit best talents
- Manage the plan and implementation of the Workforce Planning and Recruitment section activities and their teams
- Monitor and report the section's performance levels, according to established objectives and KPIs
- Ensure compliance of Workforce Planning and Recruitment matters with relevant policies, procedures and laws
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of experience in HR Management, with at least 5 years ofexperience in an HR Management role
- Licensed or Chartered Professional HR Certification (SPHR, GPHR, CIPD)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Organizational Psychology
- MBA is desirable
**Salary**: QAR1.00 per month
