**Essential Functions**:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Work with the Microsoft 365 Product owner to design and deploy new Microsoft 365 solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Power BI, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Automate and Forms among others to improve ways of working in the organization.
- Establish and maintain a SharePoint Governance Committee made up of technical and business personnel to develop consensus around acceptable use cases and design standards.
- Enforce design standards and guide content owners as needed to ensure compliance.
- Assist with training and adoption of new Microsoft 365 solutions and processes including delivery and creation of training materials and documentation.
- Explore ways to leverage Microsoft's Power Platform within the organization based on business opportunities and other technical innovations.
- Work within the Information Technology department to develop, manage and implement the Microsoft 365 roadmap, leveraging new platform innovations as they are released.
- Assist with the migration of content from various sources to Microsoft 365 environment as designed.
- Ensure consistent, efficient, and effective support of operational systems keeping them up to date and aligned with the changing regulatory environment and new technologies.
- Assist with the implementation of new and ongoing update of existing procedures to help ensure the Bank's conformity to compliance, regulatory, best-practice, and other operational areas.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
