Intelcom is currently hiring an Information Technology (IT) Business Analyst, IT Resilience and Compliance for our Service Center (Head office) located in Griffintown, Montreal, Quebec.Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Resilience and Compliance and working collaboratively with the Specialist, and greater IT Resilience and Compliance team, the successful candidate will provide IT resilience and compliance advice, expertise and support to Intelcom's IT leaders and employees from a business analysis perspective of the IT resilience and compliance program.The IT Business Analyst will play a crucial role in a variety of areas, such as IT resilience & compliance strategies, operational and project-based endeavors, all the while staying current to new IT resilience and compliance technologies and ensuring excellence through delivery. This position also manages IT resilience and compliance relationships with internal business units, service providers, vendors and third-parties.Your main duties will include:Working closely with the IT team to ensure alignment between IT resilience and compliance strategies and business objectives.Advising the IT resilience and compliance team on best practices, latest trends and technologies used to support current functional processes.Documenting key IT resilience and compliance plans, policies, procedures and processes.Handling internal and external queries.Ensuring and aligning compliance with regulations and external vendor requirements.Main ResponsibilitiesOverall IT Resilience and Compliance dept. duties (30% of time)Manage technical integration with IT resilience and compliance platforms by collaborating with business units to develop and deploy technical solutions.Act as the first point of contact in the delivery of IT resilience and compliance program questions, requests, feedback, etc.Create and support IT resilience and compliance automation in collaboration with the IT automation team through such areas as visualization dashboards.Assist in outlining technical aspects of IT resilience and compliance changes to present to the Change Acceptance Board (CAB).Act as a change agent to support critical business initiatives and support leaders in all elements of effective change management.Serve as a trusted advisor to the IT Resilience and Compliance team and management, supporting the department's and corporate goals and values and conforming to best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT Resilience and Compliance policies, programs, plans, processes and initiatives.Advise leaders on IT resilience and compliance strategies, including vendor assessments, compliance controls, resilience program maintenance and security certifications, audits, and risk.Support all management levels in strategic initiatives including IT initiatives linked to resilience and compliance, as needed.Analyze IT resilience & compliance data and indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.Assist in the development of initiatives to strengthen team engagement, satisfaction, general well-being and diversity and inclusion.Educate on IT resilience, compliance, and change management practices.Assist in developing business cases to fund IT resilience and compliance initiatives.Other related duties as assigned.Compliance and Cybersecurity duties: (50% of time)Coordinate, assess and support IT compliance initiatives across information security, cybersecurity, and IT.Coordinate the review of and update to compliance documentation and policies.Maintain compliance controls and records through an automated system.Participate in technical reviews of change management activities and supply thorough reports for CAB meetings.Remain current on security trends and best practices and maintain current knowledge of security threats and solutions.Other related duties as assigned.Disaster Recovery and IT Resilience duties (20% of time)Assist in maintaining enterprise disaster recovery (DR) documentation, such as standards, policies, procedures, plans, and playbooks.Support in development and implementation of DR training and testing programs.Assist in operationalization of DR maintenance program, ensuring deliverables and requirements are respected.Operate and refine resilience platforms and tools, using specialized training.Remain current on emerging IT Resilience trends and best practices.Recommend proactive measures to maintain resilience posture and mitigate risks.Other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Educational/ExperienceBachelor of Commerce degree, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in an IT business analysis capacity, especially within IT compliance, risk management, and resilience.Frameworks/ProcessesDemonstrated excellent knowledge of asset classification, risk management, governance, risk and compliance frameworks, and automation.Familiarity with Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001.Previous experience implementing System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Types 1 and 2 is a major asset.Technical (tools)Strong Microsoft Office skills required (e.g., Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel etc.).Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Drata, ServiceNow BCM, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and similar business continuity/DR industry tools an asset.Technical (skillset)Ability to easily translate between technical language and business needs.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and present findings in an understandable format to a broad audience.Strategic (skillset)Foster strong relationships, support strategic IT initiatives, and establish strong IT inter-company partnerships through the ability to network across functional teams.Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently (a self-starter) and collaboratively (a team player) based on project requirements, while keeping focus on desired results with capacity to work with minimal supervision.Comfortable in an entrepreneurial & rapidly changing environment.Solid work ethic, problem solving and influencing skills, taking initiative, a high respect for confidentiality and sound professional judgment.Language/LogisticsBilingual - English and French (proficient in both languages to support, respond to and address requests across Canada, the U.S., Europe, etc.).Must be open to work at least 1 day/week at Intelcom's Service Center located in Griffintown, Montreal, Quebec (hybrid work can be discussed).Intelcom is a leading last-mile carrier in the e-commerce sector.
