Manager Organizational Development and Rewards
Job Alert: You will be updated with the latest job alerts via email. Valid email field required. Responsibilities:- Designs, develops, and implements programs that support ZU in becoming a great place to work and a premier higher education institution in the region.
- Provides leadership to design, develop, and implement innovative workplace initiatives that contribute to increased organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Supports other HR program areas for strategic initiatives and projects.
- Develops HR policy and procedures, and conducts major reviews of existing policies, procedures, and business processes to support strategic initiatives.
- Builds and develops strategic partnerships with ZU management and the external HC community to support and influence HC short and long-term business goals and strategies.
