Hardware Engineer-Trainee

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :As a member of the Product Development team, the candidate will be responsible for the following key duties, including but not limited to:• Understanding requirements and contributing to ideation and solution generation • Conducting feasibility analysis and exploratory research • Designing circuits, performing analysis and simulation, selecting components, and designing PCB layouts • Drafting and executing hardware design tests, as well as participating in system-level tests such as safety, EMI, and EMC • Preparing design and testing documentation • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Software, Testing and Operations team to ensure seamless project execution.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: o ME/M-tech in Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical engineering or equivalent (2023/2024 pass outs only) TECHNICAL COMPETENCY: o Passionate about hardware engineering with a strong foundation in both analog and digital electronics o Proficient in electronics fundamentals, including circuit design and analysis o Good understanding of microcontroller/microprocessor operations o Familiarity with embedded C programming is an advantage BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCY: o Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities o Flexible, hands-on, and enthusiastic about learning new technologies o Takes a thorough, in-depth approach with a focus on understanding the "why" o Is proactive and capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams PRB
