The successful candidate will need to demonstrate creativity and skill to develop and deliver all aspects of our admissions, marketing and communication.Job Title: Director of Admissions and MarketingSalary: £60,000 to £70,000 depending upon experienceHours of work: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) All Year RoundResponsible to: Head MasterThe RoleThe Director of Admissions and Marketing will have responsibility for all aspects of pupil admissions to the School and all aspects of marketing, public relations and communications. The Director of Admissions and Marketing has responsibility for the successful recruitment of pupils throughout the School (2-18) and the strategic marketing policy and its implementation. The post-holder will work across both the Senior and Prep Schools and focus on the recruitment of pupils who will flourish in, and contribute positively to, the academic, pastoral, musical and co-curricular life of the School.Given the role's primary focus, this role will ideally suit an experienced admissions and recruitment professional; any marketing or communications experience they can additionally offer will be valuable, as will any experience of an educational, and ideally an independent education sector, background.
