Reference: AB/171A new opportunity as Lead Generation/Marketing Executive has arisen for working for a very established and progressive independent intermediary based in their West Yorkshire operation. If you have the drive, ambition and desire to progress, this company will support and provide you with the best tools and training to be as successful as you desire.In this role, you'd be working closely with the company's Account Directors generating new commercial insurance client leads. You will be responsible for building a portfolio of clients and developing sales opportunities within the sales department. You would be involved in industry-specific marketing campaigns and also attend various networking events. A basic understanding of commercial products, FCA compliance, and claims handling would be an advantage although not essential.Successful candidates will need to be enthusiastic, proactive and have a desire to succeed within a commercial sales environment. You will be required to manage the database and prospect list, manage appointments and diaries, and be able to build relationships with clients at all levels making cold calls. Previous sales experience is essential, and having experience within a similar role is preferred. Career progression would be supported, and there would be the opportunity to develop your insurance knowledge and move into a role with your own client portfolio, progressing into an account executive role once you have established yourself within the business.This opportunity comes with an attractive basic salary and a bonus incentive which is very achievable, meaning that there is no limit or cap on potential earnings.
