Accountable for delivering and optimising campaigns to achieve client performance goals.Outline and drive the strategic direction of Paid Search for each account with support from the Head of Search.Support the building and presentation of incremental spend proposals to clients to highlight opportunities across their accounts.Compile analysis for client presentations like QBRs, HBRs and Creative Reviews.Build strong relationships with media vendors to access support and best practice guidance.Contribute to a test and learn environment with your own hypothesis and accurate methodology.Continue to develop your PPC knowledge to ensure you're at the forefront of the industry and always aware of the latest tactics and strategies.Skills and Experience1-2 years in-platform Google Ads experience, ecommerce-focused preferred. From activation to optimisation, testing, tracking and measurement.Experience with YouTube, Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics (GA4) and/or Looker Studio is a plus.Strong analytical skill set: confident with drawing insights from complex datasets and forming data-driven arguments.Strong communication and presentation skills.Smart approach to work - automation & efficiency is the aim of the game.Proactive and solutions-focused, you will need to solve performance problems quickly and decisively as part of a growing Paid Search team.Confident leading client calls and providing detail and evidence to support our points of view.Bold full-funnel performance, brand and creative.
