This firm has been recognised for its commitment to employee well-being, alongside its exceptional work.Do you possess prior experience in Adult Social Care and consulting experience?3+ years of experience within management consultingExperience working on change and transformation projects within adult social care, or local governmentAbility to manage a team; mentor and develop colleaguesUnderstanding of ASCYour role will encompass four key responsibilities:Delivery: Managing consulting engagements within adult social care; workshops; deliverablesCommercial & Relationship Management: managing stakeholders to maximise profitabilityBusiness Development: using existing networks and growth potentialQuality Assurance: supporting technological advancements and current processesSalary & Benefits:Base salary range of £90,000-£110,000Bonus and commission structure25 days of holiday entitlementFlexibility to buy or sell holidaysTruly flexible working arrangementsHybrid working model allowing remote work unless client presence is requestedLife Insurance coverage at 4x base salaryOn-site gym and rooftop garden facilitiesIf this opportunity aligns with your interests, please reach out to fran@tarkatalent.co.uk or apply via the link below.
