Role Overview:
We are looking for a Project Management Officer to integrate our Managed Services Team that works with both national and international clients.
What you will do:
Oversee and manage multiple projects aimed at enhancing our security measures and mitigating IT risks.
Work closely with various stakeholders, including IT, security teams, and business units, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Track and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management and risk mitigation.
What you are like:
Have proven experience as a PMO or Project Coordinator in IT projects;
Have strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.);
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Skilled to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines;
Experienced with ServiceNow (nice to have);
Have good communication skills in English.
