They have a supportive, motivated, and happy sales environment and are looking for a Sales Director to manage a UK and international team.The role of Sales DirectorThe prime aim of this role is to manage, develop, and lead a high-performance sales team to over-deliver on team revenue targets for this client's portfolio of marketing solutions and events. It will involve selling to an international client base in addition to producing marketing and sales reports reflecting on the current performance of the UK and international teams. You will also have the ability to launch new products, working to key timelines and profit targets. This is only a small proportion of this role, but you can be assured of daily challenges and will receive fantastic benefits for your hard work.The Requirements for this Sales Director positionAn energetic person with strong motivational skills.A proven track record of outperforming budgets/targets.Experience selling multi-platform solutions including print, online, awards, conferences, and other bespoke solutions.Experience of troubleshooting and the ability to turn products around.Experience working with clients directly is essential.Experience of working in a B2B publishing environment is preferred.A strong ability around numbers including forecasting, analyzing trends, and identifying problems early.Ability to create, own, and deliver an ambitious business plan to assist the company in accelerating its growth objectives.A stable career history.If you think that you could be the Sales Director that we are looking for, please send us your CV (in Word format, not PDF) quoting reference GP/112/11/17.
