Sales Manager - High Value Boards

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of high value paperboard to customers in Brazil . The Sales Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with both current and new customers, as well as internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting new customers and accounts in the paper and paperboard industry.
- Customer Relationships : Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Targets : Achieve revenue and volume targets set by management.
- Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, including timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
- Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as quality concerns, delivery delays, and other customer problems.
- Market Monitoring : Monitor and report on market and competitor activity, customer trends, and industry developments.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Production, Logistics) to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in the paper industry.
- Industry Knowledge : Experience in selling high value paperboard with a proven track record.
- Paperboard Knowledge: Selling paperboard used for high-end cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging, food packaging, liquid packaging, ivory board, playing cars etc. applications.
- Language Skills : Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Education : A completed Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
- Communication Skills : Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills : Experience with CRM systems .
- Travel : Willingness to travel frequently across Brazil .
