Hiring a Plastic Surgeon who will perform reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries.ResponsibilitiesMeeting with patients, taking their histories, and examining their files in order to provide them with the best surgical options.Outlining all the risks and benefits associated with the surgery prior to the procedure.Performing consultations with patients who suffer from birth defects, injuries, burn wounds, or those who want to enhance their physical appearance.Preparing patients for surgical and non-surgical procedures.Prescribing medication like painkillers, antibiotics, and providing aftercare advice to patients.Scheduling follow-ups to remove stitches, inspect incisions, and monitor the patients' healing.Handling various administrative duties like updating patient records and clinic policies.Performing surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to facelifts, breast augmentation, mommy make-over, post-bariatric surgeries excess skin removal, panniculectomy, blepharoplasty, liposuction, rhinoplasty, and injectables such as Botox, dermal fillers, and lipolysis injections.Performing machine-assisted treatments like HIFU, micro needling RF, and derma pen.Developing treatment plans and providing consultations to patients to help them achieve their desired results.Providing pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, including follow-up appointments and management of complications.Staying up to date with the latest developments and techniques in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine.Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, dietitians, nurses, and medical assistants, to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.Building and maintaining relationships with patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction.Working with the marketing team to promote the practice and attract new patients.RequirementsA degree in medicine or follow Guidelines for Physicians attachment.A completed plastic surgery residency.3+ years of practical experience in plastic surgery.Good experience in injections of Botox and fillers.Additional courses and training in dermatology, cosmetic, and reconstructive surgery.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.A sound understanding of patient aftercare and wound management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and impeccable bedside manner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
