Senior Recruitment Officer (UAE National Only)The key responsibilities of this role are to support the recruitment of professional and management vacancies. You will design, develop, and implement best practices to assess and recommend suitable candidates for interview. You will support a small number of junior recruiters in the team.You will interact with internal management along with external agencies and government departments.The successful candidate will have a degree in a related discipline along with a diploma in HR, HRIS knowledge, and knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR policies. You will have 7+ years of experience predominantly within recruitment.
