This role is critical in developing and implementing comprehensive data strategies, ensuring robust data governance, and delivering actionable insights across the organization.Hours37.5 hours/week8:00 to 4:30 Monday to Friday (flex options available)Hybrid - 3 days per week required in officeResponsibilitiesAnalytics OversightFinancial Plan Development and Tracking (Budget to Actual)Oversee the creation and dissemination of regular reports on business performance, market trends, and other critical metricsEnsure the availability and accuracy of reports and analytical tools to support various organizational functionsAnalyze and Discuss Vendor PerformanceManage the Business Intelligence team, overseeing the development and dissemination of analytical tools and reportsTranslate complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-makingKeep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in business analyticsRecommend and implement best practices and innovative solutions for data management and analysisDrive the adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies to optimize business outcomesContinuously evaluate and improve tools and processes used by Peavey to keep abreast of industry trends and technologies in analyticsStrategic LeadershipLead training initiatives to enhance the analytical skills of the Business Intelligence team and promote a data-driven culture throughout the organizationCollaborate with the Executive Team to provide data-driven support for decision-making processesAct as a bridge between the Business Intelligence team and other departments, ensuring that data insights support organizational objectives and decision-makingDirect the creation and execution of Peavey's business intelligence strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsData Governance & ComplianceEstablish and maintain robust data governance and compliance frameworks to ensure data integrity and securityOversee the management of data sources, ensuring integrity and securityRequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related fieldAdvanced degrees or certifications in analytics or data science preferredSkills:Expertise in business intelligence toolsStrong leadership and communications skillsStrategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience in policy development for data handling and governanceTech SavvyDrives ResultsCommunicates EffectivelyInterpersonal SavvyOnly those selected for an interview will be contacted.
