This role will play a pivotal role in strengthening partner relationships and maximizing asset utilization to drive value for brand and enhance brand visibility. This role will work closely with the marketing, content, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed sponsor expectations. In addition to managing sponsorships, this role will drive revenue through strategic brand licensing and merchandise initiatives, contributing to the franchise's commercial success and enhancing brand equity. This role offers significant growth opportunities, with the chance to collaborate with senior leadership and shape the future of one of cricket’s most dynamic brands.   PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Relationship Management:

  • To build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • To identify and capitalize on opportunities for asset licensing within the sports and entertainment sectors, leveraging the Knight Riders brand.
Asset Licensing & Strategy Development:
  • To manage and negotiate contracts for asset licensing agreements, ensuring they comply with legal standards and align with company policies.
  • To conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions in client servicing and asset licensing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, and operations, to deliver customized service solutions for clients.
  • Oversee the execution of client campaigns from inception to completion, providing regular updates and performance reports.
Sales Outreach:
  • Research and stay updated on the sponsorship and media landscape for each team.
  • Identify and secure potential partnersship across various categories and brands that could benefit from collaboration with KRS franchises, creating mutually beneficial partnerships.
Industry Awareness & Continuous Improvement:
  • Keep informed on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to continually enhance service offerings.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction throughout the partnership.
  Candidate with minimum of 2 years in a relevant role with a track record of managing partnerships & closing significant deals. Preferably within the sports, digital, or media industry. Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of sports marketing, particularly cricket, to effectively manage client relationships and asset licensing.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic client servicing plans that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Skilled in negotiating and closing licensing deals that align with brand values.
  • Proficient in market analysis, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Competent in creating compelling sponsorship proposal decks using various tools.
