Patient Feedback and Support Service Manager (Grade VII) Location: Dublin City Centre South Salary:€51,342 Contract Type: Temporary, 3-4 months Our client, a leading healthcare facility in Dublin, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Patient Feedback and Support Service Manager to oversee critical functions related to Incident Management, Risk Management, and Clinical Effectiveness. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety through structured feedback, incident tracking, and clinical process improvements. For more information please contact Jane Ryan on above GHL number. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Patient Feedback and Support Service, ensuring efficient resolution of patient concerns. Oversee incident management processes, maintaining compliance with internal protocols and regulations. Coordinate risk management activities to identify and mitigate potential risks in patient care. Promote clinical effectiveness through continuous evaluation and improvement of clinical procedures and policies. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to enhance patient safety and quality of care. Requirements: Proven experience in incident and risk management within a healthcare setting is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to implement and monitor clinical effectiveness initiatives. Expertise in handling patient feedback with sensitivity and professionalism. A relevant qualification in healthcare or management is essential. Strong working knowledge of the Health Act 2004 and its Regulations and the HSEs Your Service Your Say policy Ability to deal with Service Users and colleagues across all client sites in a compassionate and supportive manner with an emphasis on a high level of customer service.
