DGM Capex & Contracts for building material Industry at Kolkata. Position – DGM Capex & Contracts Experience – 15 to 20 Years Location – Kolkata Job Responsibilities:
- Over 15-20 years of experience in the plywood / laminate/ furniture industry.
- Strong reporting, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Excel and MIS creation.
- Proven experience in sourcing suppliers and developing CAPEX category strategies.
- Superior negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Expertise in cost control and SAP.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial conditions of contracts, and manage them throughout the contract lifecycle.
