Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to hire high-quality talent.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
Manage benefits programs, such as insurance plans, retirement plans, sick leave, leave of absence, and vacation.
Administrative Management:Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Plan, direct, and coordinate administrative functions of the organization.
Manage office space, supplies, and office maintenance.
Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
Manage budgets, forecast staffing needs, and oversee procurement and resource allocation.
Key Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience as an HR manager or other HR executive.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Knowledge of basic finance is an added advantage.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Attention to detail is a must.
Salary Range:Rs. 60,000 to 100,000
