Lubi Industries LLP - Europe We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager / Testing manager for electronics/electrical with experience in control panels for our Europe plant. Main Responsibilities 1. Should be able to understand the electrical line diagram and schematic. 2. Should be able to work on SOPs given by R & D team 3. Electrical specification of switch gears and other components. 4. Electrical Testing ability and troubleshooting is preferable. 5. Ability to Handle Plant activities & Workers 6. Effective Communication 7. Training and Development 8. Conflict Resolution 9. Safety Management 10. Scheduling and Workflow Management 11. Feedback and Performance Evaluation 12. Ensuring Proper Test Equipment and Tools 13. Continuous Improvement 14.
