An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Accountant to join the finance function of a leading Dublin-based asset management company in Dublin 2. With a fully digital DNA and a history of rapid growth, this company offers a unique blend of innovation and expertise in the financial sector. Reporting the CFO and Financial Controller: Key Responsibilities Prepare reconciliation of purchase/sales transaction of all funds. Liaise with counterparties to comply with UCITS KIIDs and PRIIP KIDs requirements. Assist in managing fund expenses, including budgeting, accrual review, and payments. Support in reviewing annual and semi-annual financial statements of Funds Managed by the Company. Ensure accurate and complete disclosures within the financial statements. Liaise with external auditors to manage the audit process. Assist/support in various CFO projects, including preparation of periodic reports. Key Skills and Requirements Advanced user of MS Excel. Ability to work in a structured pattern, setting priorities and meeting deadlines. Be enthusiastic and eager to learn, self-starter. Preferable 2 years' of experience in financial services.
