Commercial Manager

The Top Security Group of companies is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to head up its fast-developing CCTV installation and Remote Monitoring division. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to expand our footprint and take responsibility for managing a division within a larger group. Top Security is Ireland's largest indigenous independent security provider with over 40 years of experience in both Physical and Virtual security. We provide security solutions to a large and diverse client base. The successful candidate must be experienced in managing both online and offline marketing campaigns and have a strong sales background. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Executive who is commercially focused with an aptitude for technology without necessarily being technical themselves. An attractive package commensurate with the role and its responsibilities is available to the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for divisional performance Achieve new business targets Develop a sales pipeline to new customers and upsell to our existing customer base Have full responsibility for developing and managing the marketing function Execute high performance sales discipline in the following: Sales/Pipeline Management Target driven Maintain company standards by establishing and enforcing an ethos built up over 45 years. Skills Required: A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar or related role Ability to deliver on agreed targets Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills Highly motivated, self-starter with an appetite for success Knowledge of the security industry an advantage but not essential Skills: Management target driven Performance Management leadership skills.
