The ideal candidate will possess exceptional commercial acumen, a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams, and the strategic vision to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth and enhance our market presence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets and drive revenue growth.Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs.Oversee performance management of the sales team, ensuring high levels of customer retention and key account management.Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals.Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales data effectively.Prepare and manage tenders and proposals to secure new business opportunities.Foster a results-oriented culture with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Address and solve challenges that arise in the sales environment, whether internal or external.Personal profile Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the oil distribution or energy sector.Strong knowledge of digital marketing and sales techniques.Exceptional IT skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and tender preparation processes.Strategic thinking capabilities with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey expectations, provide feedback, and align team members with sales objectives.At least 10 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior management.Demonstrated excellent commercial acumen with an ability to understand market dynamics and drive profitable growth.Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges proactively.
