We are looking for fluent Danish speakers who would like to work in an international environment. This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. If you like the sun and the sea then this coastal city has lots to offer you! As a Customer Advisor, you will represent an online wine marketplace. You will receive incoming queries from their app users via phone, email and live chat where you will answer their queries regarding the wine app, product information, prices, orders, and deliveries. This is a versatile inbound role where providing excellent customer care is important. We are looking for candidates who have: Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Danish and EnglishPrevious experience in a customer service roleExperience in the hospitality/travel industry desiredAbility to multi-taskEagerness to learn and develop The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful!
