Role Overview: Neotalent is looking for a Network Support to join our teams in one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries. Based in Lisbon (Hybrid). What you will do: Management, maintenance and monitoring the regional network (WAF, LB, routers, firewalls, switches); Working with central teams in incident/problem resolution; Documenting the network changes; Supporting teams, working closely with the local and global teams covering; Management of Systems, Database and Network; Supporting development & maintenance of company applications. What you are like: Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar; Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Network Support; Expertise on working with Firewalls/Routing/Switching; Experience in designing and implementation of high complex network and security solutions, including data center solutions; Expertise of network, security technologies and protocols; Expertise in operation of large networks; Technological certifications in networks and/or security are a plus (CCNA/CCNP/Other); Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
