Our Group is looking for an Environmental Data & Tool Coordinator at Portugal (Santa Maria Da Feira). The role of the Group Environmental Data & Digital Tool Coordinator is to manage the design, upgrade, training, and use of our reporting tools related to Environmental topics (yearly and monthly reporting, audits, investments). She/he will analyze data to give input for the definition of the Strategic plan and yearly targets. Essential responsibilities & duties The main missions of the role are to: Creation and update of existing and new tools to ensure environmental compliance and performance follow-up for the FORVIA Group. Administrator, community manager, and trainer of: Monthly reporting tool called ERT (Environmental Reporting Tool) in coordination with internal designer. Yearly HSE reporting as part of extra-financial reporting to publish legal documents (Universal Reporting Document) with external consulting company. Correspondent of Project Manager to tools (FRED; Chemical Management System, mLean) used by HSE network. Key account leader to propose improvement and validate common processes and represent the Environmental Group team in project management teams. Data analyst supporting target setting (SP and budget, incl. FVC) via multi-factor analyses, ensuring investment follow-up and performance tracking (specific follow-up for top contributors). Project manager for new legal watch tool and audit planning. Profile The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum education level: Master Degree / Bachelor Education domain: Ideally Business school combined with data analytics / Engineer with data background. Nice to have: HSE knowledge. Minimum 2 years professional experience in data analytics. Technical skills Data analytics, ideally experienced in Pallantir or equivalent Data Management Platform. PowerApps, PowerBI, Excel. Languages: Fluency in English. Behavioral skills Rigorous. Analytical approach. Focus on internal customer constraints and requirements.
