Inbox Business Technologies is offering an exciting opportunity for Legal Management Trainee Officer to join our team. As a Managemet Trainee Officer, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in a leading IT Company, working closely with our legal team to support various legal activities.ResponsibilitiesAssist in Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance matters.Manage SECP and other Regulatory affairs, including Annual Filings, Share Transfers, and relevant documentation, stamp duties, and other registrar dealings.Draft, review, and manage Contracts, Policies, and other legal documents.Conduct Legal research on national and international laws, legal practices, frameworks, and policies.Ensure effective data management and record keeping.RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field.Proven experience in corporate transactions, Board and Shareholder matters.Familiarity with Companies Act, Companies Ordinance, and SECP regulations.Strong written English skills and ability to draft policies and legal documents.Extensive research ability, utilizing resources effectively for comprehensive legal understanding.Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.#J-18808-Ljbffr
