Supporting functions of Business Stake Holders and opportunity to work with widespread global teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle end to end of Payroll process (Validation & Reconciliation) for an organisation of size 500+, collaborating with Payroll Service Provider. Keep updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations. Maintain accurate payroll records and payroll manuals. Hands on Experience on Payroll tools like ADP or other. Experience in handling payroll dynamics like recoveries, full and final settlement. Experience in Year End Tax Declaration, Reimbursements, EPFO liaison etc as required. Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, Gratuity). Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance checks. Manage and coordinate with Compliance vendor to streamline process from day to day maintenance of prescribed forms and registers to the filing along with reports. Address and resolve employee queries related to Benefits, Payroll discrepancies, deductions, and other payroll-related issues. Work closely with HR (Not limited to Onboarding & Offboarding), Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll and benefits operations. Evaluate existing benefit programs and recommend improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Design new benefit plans that align with the organization’s strategic goals and industry standards. Oversee the administration of benefits programs including health insurance, Leave management, RSU/ Stock Options, wellness programs, and other employee perks. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to employee benefits. Conduct detailed analysis of benefit program utilization, costs, and trends. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making. Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about benefit programs. Conduct benefit orientations and training sessions for new and existing employees. Manage relationships with benefit plan providers, brokers, and consultants. Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to manage benefit plans. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Must have Qualification: Graduate in Accounting / Commerce / Finance. Min experience of 3 to 5 years in Payroll and Benefits Administration. Excellent command over English language, both written & verbal. Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people. Experience in handling global stakeholders and or leading a team. Be a self-starter and have the ability to work to direction but independently. Have good organizational and administrative skills & strong attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Well versed with Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of local labour laws will be an advantage. Detailed understanding of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements in India.
